Requirements:

  • Ensuring Primary & secondary targets met each month, leading to 100% quarterly and annual achievement.
  • Strategizing routes with distribution sales team to cover entire assigned territory.
  • Ensure market credit is kept at a minimum.
  • Plan marketing activities with the distribution sales team.
  • Actively engage with end user of the product to understand issues at ground level.
  • Active reporting of market trends to Area Sales Manager.
  • A quick learner and result-driven profile, Customer and competition Knowledge.
  • Edible oil sales experience will be preferred.
  • At least 03-05 Years’ experience as a Territory Sales Officer in Edible Oil Industry.
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing.
