Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction work.
- Maintain project schedule & progress of work.
- Monitor construction progress quality control & safety standards.
- Troubleshoot delays & technical problems & discuss with project manager / site incharge.
- Update their Site Incharge on daily construction activities.
- Coordination of ongoing project activities with contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and site staff.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E).
- 5-7 Years of hands -on experience in civil site supervision.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Must know Auto CAD, MS Office & Basic Surveying Tools & Equipment’s.
- Strong Leadership, Communication & problem-solving skills.
