We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the marketing, branding, and trade promotion of our cooking oil and spices portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in brand strategy, packaging, ATL/BTL campaigns, trade marketing, consumer insights, and digital marketing, along with proven ability to manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies for cooking oil and spices.
- Ensure brand’s digital presence (social media, influencer campaigns, SEO/SEM).
- Oversee the development and production of Ads, TVCs/DVCs, and digital content.
- Manage scriptwriting, storyboarding, shoot coordination, and production houses.
- Ensure brand consistency across creative executions and campaign rollouts.
- Develop and implement content calendars and digital campaigns.
- Monitor online engagement, analytics, and performance marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, suppliers, and ad production houses.
- Plan & execute ATL/BTL campaigns, consumer promotions, and trade marketing.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive NPD initiatives and ensure timely product launches.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Distribution for alignment.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team while managing budgets and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 8–12 years of FMCG brand management experience (oil, ghee, spices, or food categories preferred).
- Proven expertise in packaging, ATL/BTL, trade, and digital marketing.
- Strong background in agency/vendor management and ad production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Candidates having FMCG experience will be preferred.
