Job Description:

  • Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies.
  • Align the sales plans with overall corporate objectives.
  • Lead, motivate & monitor the team of sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Establish dealership network, maintain strong working relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance insights to the senior management team.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the marketing and finance team.

Job Specification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of relevant FMCG sales experience; preference for candidates with a background in spices, food, or confectionery sectors.
    • Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams, distributors, and regional markets.
    • Hands-on experience working with multinational or national-level companies is highly preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong distribution and channel management skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Result-driven and able to work independently under pressure.
    • Knowledge of key account management and smart reporting practices.
