Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and advanced soil testing including PH, EC, organic matter, Available N/P/K, Micronutrients (Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, B).
- Perform interpretation of soil test results and prepare technical reports for agronomic recommendations.
- Analyze and evaluate bio-products like Bio-fertilizers, Compost and organic amendments, Microbial and enzyme-based agricultural inputs.
- Ensure compliance with standard analytical methods and laboratory SOPs.
- Maintain calibration, validation, and proper handling of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and test documentation.
- Coordinate with field, agronomy, or production teams for technical support and data interpretation.
- Ensure implementation of laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality assurance protocols.
Qualification & Skills:
- M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture – Soil Science from an HEC-recognized university.
- Additional certification or training in bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, or microbial products will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in an agricultural testing laboratory.
- Practical experience in soil analysis and bio-product evaluation is mandatory.
- Prior experience with bio-fertilizers, organic amendments, microbial inoculants, or bio-stimulants will be strongly preferred.
