Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to supervise and manage the post-harvest handling processes, including grading, packing, and proper storage of agriculture products (Specially vegetables & Grains).
- Well aware about all types of storage systems of agricultural products.
- Develop and implement post-harvest protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Well aware about modern techniques to maintain the quality standards and shelf life of agricultural products in stores.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Ensures compliance of safety standards and company policies.
Qualification & Skills:
- BS (Hons.)/ MSc (Hons.) Horticulture/Agronomist
- 02 to 04 years of experience in post-harvest handling process of agricultural products.
