- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in crop production management as Assistant Farm Manager within the agriculture industry.
- Execute Crop activities according to approved crop production plan.
- Supervise all crop daily activities to be performed according to SOPs.
- Divide the daily work according to available human resource according to work Situation.
- All the material issued and incoming produced stock are to be daily documented according to SOPs.
- Develop machinery maintenance plans and implement accordingly.
- Will Share the daily reports of all the activities to the production manager.
- Having experience different crops (cereals, oil seeds, forage) and orchards (Citrus, date palm).
- The candidate will be responsible for working on-site.
- Candidate having experience of HEIS in corporate farming will be preferred.
