Requirements:
- Build Distribution network within assigned territory.
- Active reporting of market trends to the senior management.
- Ensuring Primary & secondary targets met each month, leading to 100% quarterly and annual achievement.
- Strategizing routes with distribution sales team to cover entire assigned territory.
- Ensure market credit is kept at a minimum.
- Plan marketing activities with the distribution sales team.
- Actively engage with end user of the product to understand issues at ground level.
- A quick learner and result-driven profile, Customer and competition Knowledge.
- At least 07-09 Years’ experience in Edible Oil Industry.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing.
