We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto CAD Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise architectural drawings/ Shop drawings and technical plans using CAD software and supporting the team in translating concepts into detailed drawings.
Experience: [Minimum 5 Years’ experience]
Education: Minimum FA/FSC with AutoCAD Certifications or DAE
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and layouts based on rough sketches and project specifications.
- Can Prepare AutoCAD CAD 2D/ 3D Drawings and can work on Google Sketchup 3D Models.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software to develop technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and markups.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all drawing sets.
- Can develop As Built drawings and Structure Drawings (BBS).
- MS Office Knowledge is Mandatory.
- Can work on Survey Drawings Coordinates and Scaling of Drawings.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong technical drawing skills and architectural detailing.
- Basic understanding of building and construction methods.
- Rendering skills will be a plus.
