Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer with strong leadership, technical, and site management skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing timelines, and coordinating with contractors.
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in site supervision / Construction
Education: B.S.C or DAE Civil or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress of construction work.
Monitor site operations, labor force, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare and manage site reports, daily progress reports (DPR), and material checklists.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of structural drawings, finishing works, and site execution.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic understanding of BOQs.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks.
