The Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, this role requires independently undertaking broad range of legal and regulatory compliance responsibilities including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Legal research and due diligence for identifying risks and solutions.
- Supporting compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
- Managing legal disputes and collaborating with internal and external legal teams.
Qualification & Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in law (LLM Preferred)
- At least 3–5-year experience in corporate or commercial role.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail, Critical thinking skills & Ability to perform under strict deadlines.
