- Minimum DAE (Chemical Technology)/B.Sc. Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in ghee manufacturing & edible oil plants.
- Strong knowledge of ghee production processes, including hydrogenation, neutralization, bleaching and deodorization.
- Ability to operate and monitor production equipment and process control systems.
- Good understanding of quality standards, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Good record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit and disciplined with a sense of responsibility.
- Team player with a cooperative and professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email handling) will be a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in ghee/edible oil plants.
