Job Description:
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies.
- Align the sales plans with overall corporate objectives.
- Lead, motivate & monitor the team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Establish dealership network, maintain strong working relationships with distributors and key customers.

Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant FMCG sales experience; preference for candidates with a background in spices, food, or confectionery sectors.
- Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams, distributors, and regional markets.
- Hands-on experience working with multinational or national-level companies is highly preferred.
- Skills Required:
